We are manufacture of Alloy wire includes FeCrAL wire, NiCr wire, CuNi wire, Stainless steel wire: 1. FeCrAl heating wire: OCr27AL7Mo2, OCr21AL6Nb, OCr21AL6, OCr25AL5, OCr23AL5, OCr21AL4, 1Cr13AL4. 2. Nichrome heating wire: Cr20Ni80, Cr30Ni70, Cr15Ni60, Cr20Ni35, Cr20Ni30. 3. Product forms and size range Round wire 0.010-12 mm (0.00039-0.472 inch) Other sizes are available on request. Ribbon (flat wire) Thickness: 0.023-0.8 mm (0.0009-0.031 inch) Width: 0.038-4 mm (0.0015-0.157 inch) Width/thickess ratio max 60, depending on alloy and tolerance Other sizes are available on request. 4. Stranded wire Some resistance heating alloys and pure nickel are available as stranded wire. 5. Marking Each spool/package of wire is supplied with a label or tag showing alloy type, nominal size, gross and net weight, resistance W/m (W/ft), charge number and a reference number. 6.
